Bonjour! I’m Chris, a Parisian chef with a rich and diverse culinary heritage. Growing up in a family with French, Italian, and Chinese roots, I was immersed in a world of flavors, traditions, and culinary techniques from a young age. This multicultural background has not only shaped my palate but also ignited a lifelong passion for creating and sharing delicious, innovative dishes.
At The Boundless Kitchen, my online cooking classes bring together the elegance of French cuisine, the heartiness of Italian cooking, and the bold flavors of Chinese food. My culinary journey has taken me far beyond the streets of Paris. I spent nine years in Shanghai, training under talented chefs and immersing myself in the diverse culinary landscapes of China and Southeast Asia. This experience has further enriched my culinary expertise and deepened my appreciation for diverse culinary traditions.
